I’ve always been fascinated by how things work—and what motivates people to do their best. With a background in psychology and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, I’m naturally curious about the intersection of people, process, and performance. For more than 15 years, I’ve built my career in project and program management, helping organizations bring structure to complexity and turn big ideas into meaningful results. I’ve been PMP-certified since 2016, and I still love the challenge of connecting strategy, teams, and execution in a way that actually works in the real world.

But beyond dashboards and project plans, life is about people. I’m inspired by meaningful conversations, the small breakthroughs that make someone’s day easier, and the moments when a team suddenly clicks and becomes unstoppable. At home, I share life with my husband, an entrepreneur whose creativity and drive constantly inspire me, and our son, whose love of baseball is a daily reminder of teamwork, perseverance, and celebrating the little wins. For me, both work and life are about learning, growing, and building connections that make a lasting impact.
